You are in control of the personal data we hold. Requests are actioned within one calendar month.

Make a request

Data access — receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction — ask us to fix anything inaccurate.
Deletion — ask us to erase your data, subject to legal retention periods.
Export — download your data in a portable format.
Marketing preferences — opt in or out at any time.
Account closure — close your account and remove your profile.

Records we keep of your choices

Every consent is stored with the date, time, policy version and the account it relates to, so we can show exactly what you agreed to and when.

Access controls

Staff access is restricted by role, customers can only see their own records and files, and sensitive administrative actions are written to an audit log.
