We created ReviewWise because business owners cannot always be at the venue when a customer needs to be heard.
Eligible food businesses receive one stand free, with only the live postage charge when enabled. Other businesses can order each stand for £15 with free delivery.
After scanning, customers choose Great Experience or Not Happy. Great experiences can continue to Google; private feedback reaches the owner with optional contact details so the business has a chance to put things right.
