Question 1

What happens when a customer scans the QR code?

Accepted Answer

They see your business name and the question ‘How did we do today?’. Great Experience continues to your Google review page. Not Happy opens a private feedback form that goes to the business owner.

Question 2

Does this stop bad reviews appearing on Google?

Accepted Answer

No — anyone can still review you directly on Google at any time. What it does is give unhappy customers an easy, private way to tell you first, so you get the chance to fix the problem before they feel the need to post.

Question 3

Can customers leave feedback anonymously?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A customer can send private feedback without adding their name, email address or telephone number. They can also share those details if they want the owner to contact them.

Question 4

Is the acrylic Google Review stand really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The stand, the artwork and the printing are provided free of charge to eligible local businesses. There is no design fee and no print fee.

Question 5

What do I need to pay?

Accepted Answer

Only postage, and only when postage charges are switched on. The delivery cost that applies to your order is shown before you confirm it — never hidden until the end.

Question 6

How much is postage?

Accepted Answer

We use one tracked UK delivery plan. The live price — or free delivery when enabled — is shown throughout the website and before you submit your application.

Question 7

Can I get free delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When free delivery is enabled, the live offer changes across the website and your total is £0.00.

Question 8

How do I find my Google Review link?

Accepted Answer

Sign in to your Google Business Profile, choose 'Ask for reviews' and copy the short link. If you cannot find it, tick the help option on the order form and we will locate it for you.

Question 9

Can you create the QR code for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We generate and test the QR code from your review link, or from your Google Business Profile if you would rather we found it.

Question 10

Can I upload my business logo?

Accepted Answer

Yes, logo upload is part of the order form, along with optional brand colours, a slogan and design notes.

Question 11

Which logo file formats are accepted?

Accepted Answer

PNG, JPG or JPEG, SVG and PDF. Vector files (SVG or PDF) give the sharpest print.

Question 12

Will I see a proof before printing?

Accepted Answer

When proof approval is enabled you will receive a design preview by email and in your account, and nothing is printed until you approve it.

Due to very high demand, current delivery time is more than 20 days. We will keep you updated as your order progresses.
